Raworth and Harvel LLC was formed in the early 1980's by two individuals who sought to provide superior real estate service by meeting the need for economical residential rental properties. What began with one residential unit in South Jackson has evolved into a company with over 100 rental units spread from Clinton to Richland - including its premier office campus - SouthPointe Centre'. The company has grown to one of the largest real estate firms in the metroplex, in terms of rentals.

The owners were quoted recently as saying:

A tenant that is paying $400 per month receives the same fair, honest, and friendly treatment seven days a week as one that is paying $3,000 per month. We do things right. We don't take shortcuts. We probably spend more money than guys bigger than us, but we think it's worth it to pay attention to details, such as having someone on phone duty every Saturday and Sunday.

This approach to managing our properties has worked to the advantage of the company as our vacancy rates are among the lowest in the industry. Our tenants also recognize the value in doing business with the company.

South Pointe Centre' , our latest real estate investment, comprises a five building campus of office suites and light storage facilities located off I-55 north of the Byram exit. In total, the campus has more than 30,000 square feet in rental space, where the company provides the same attention to detail as it has historically with residential rentals. Prominent business people, companies, and professional individuals have chosen to call South Pointe Centre' their business home.
